On Saturday night, April 29th, the GCS Moms League held their annual Great Gala at the Bowden in Keller, TX and it was an overwhelming success. With over 300 attendees, the night was filled with laughter, good food, and a lot of fun. But more importantly, the Great Gala was able to raise over $70,0000 for the Stepping Stones Foundation.
This incredible nonprofit organization is dedicated to rescuing homeless and at-risk youth in our community and providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed in life.
With the help of the GCS Moms League, Stepping Stones Foundation will be able to continue providing vital services to those in need.
The night kicked off with a Met Gala couture theme, and everyone was dressed to the nines. From elegant ball gowns to sharp tuxedos, the attendees looked stunning. The atmosphere was electric, and you could feel the excitement in the air.
The highlight of the night was the fashion show and live auctions. Attendees bid on some amazing items, including vacation homes, golf packages, wine tastings, staycations, and much more. While the fashion show drew oohs and aahs from the engaged crowd. The energy in the room was contagious, and everyone was eager to win their desired item.
In addition to the live auctions, the Gala also featured raffle items with over $40,000 in prizes. The raffle items included items from medical spas, restaurants, party planners, gyms, tutors, and much more. The raffle items were a hit with attendees, and many were lucky enough to win some incredible prizes.
Overall, the GCS Moms League Great Gala was a night to remember. The combination of the Met Gala theme, live auctions, and raffle items made for an unforgettable evening. Most importantly, this money will go a long way in helping local youth.
