This year we have partnered with two amazing companies to offer you boot camps, barre, spin, and cycle classes! Free childcare is available during most of these class times as well!

The Dailey Method

Dailey Method

The Dailey Method is a unique combination of ballet barre work, core conditioning, muscle strengthening, yoga, cycling, and orthopedic exercises. Unlike a traditional large fitness class, clients receive individual education & 1-on-1 attention from their highly trained instructors. 

Please make sure to complete the new student form on The Dailey Method's website before attending your first class! 

Burn Boot Camp

Burn Boot Camp is an intense, calorie-burning 45 minute group fitness class. Their elite certified personal trainers will push you to your limits & completely transform your life. You’ll get all the benefits of personal training in an exciting & encouraging group setting.

If you are joining a Burn Boot Camp class, please make sure to complete their online waiver HERE.
