Don’t worry we’ve got you covered! The person who purchased the VIP table will be contacted directly to confirm all the names of their table guests. If you’re extra organized (or just really excited), you can also email us at vicepresidentgcsml@gmail.com with your table details. We love a proactive planner.

Absolutely! Just write down the name of the person (or people) you’d love to sit by when you purchase your ticket, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

The best way to guarantee you’re all together is for one person to purchase all 10 tickets in a single transaction. Then have your friends Venmo that superstar (there’s always one!) for their share. After that, you’ll be able to enter the names of the people sitting at your table.

Whoever purchased the GA table will hear from us soon to finalize their guest list. But if you’re the type who color codes spreadsheets for fun, you can go ahead and email your table names early to vicepresidentgcsml@gmail.com. Overachievers, we see you!

You’re in luck, we’ll handle it! You’ll be assigned to a table with other guests who also purchased individual tickets. It’s the perfect chance to meet new people, make new friends, and maybe even find your gala BFF.

No, a physical ticket is not required. When you purchase your sponsorship or ticket with GCS Moms League, your name will be added to the guest list that will be checked at the event entry.

(Black tie optional) Step into the magic of our Enchanted Garden! We invite guests to dress in elegant evening attire that makes you feel confident and comfortable. From tuxedos and gowns to cocktail dresses and dressy suits – embrace the theme with touches of floral, greenery, or sparkle if you wish! Whatever you wear, come ready to celebrate a beautiful night benefiting an amazing organization!

In addition to our silent and live auctions, we will also have our annual Heads or Tails

Game. Bring $20 cash if you would like to participate; this is a lively game you won't want to miss. You'll be standing, taking a chance at luck, laughing—and maybe even winning one of our fabulous prizes!
