About the Event
Low impact. High reward. This classic Bar Method class is an interval-training workout designed to help you lose inches by burning fat, increasing your metabolism, and sculpting lean muscles. A well-designed sequence of specific movements throughout this 45 minute class will target and reshape your muscles. They also incorporate stretches throughout the class to tone and elongate your body.
New Client Instructions:
2.) Create an account and use code SLK25 to purchase a complimentary drop-in class. Please sign the waivers sent to you ahead of time.
Please arrive 10-15 mins early wearing your favorite leggings (no shorts) and tank top/shirt! Plain socks are acceptable but grippy socks are preferred! They carry them in-studio if you'd like to purchase. Don't forget your water bottle.
The Bar Method provides lockers for your personal belongings, a towel, and mats.
Have a friend or family member that's interested in trying out The Bar Method, but not a GCSML member? No worries! There are enough spots still available that they are welcome to join! Just please make sure they sign up using the above information.
Please plan to join us afterwards for some mixing and mingling. Feel free to bring your favorite (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) beverage and a post-workout treat if you'd like!
