Join us for a fun hour of Infrared Power Vinyasa, followed by drinks and appetizers! The amazing instructors at FORM YPS Southlake will guide us through their quick-paced, breath-to-movement sequence designed to improve strength and flexibility.  Please remember to bring your own mat and water bottle. Deadline to register is Oct. 4th and we cannot issue refunds.
