The GCS Moms' League is committed to serving our community and bringing awareness to the groups that we support.  These organizations reach out to those to whom we can all relate - women and their families.  With that in mind, we organize monthly charity drives benefiting such organizations as Captain Hope's Kids, Battered Women's Foundation, Meals on Wheels, G.R.A.C.E. and Tarrant County Food Banks.

Each year the Community Service Committee selects a wor-thy charity in our community that benefits children. We sup-port and raise money for this charity through our annual silent auction and dinner party.

Our annual gala is the major fundraiser of the year.  In 2009, our event took place at Timarron Country Club and benefitted Heroes for Children, which helps families with children afflicted with cancer.  Over $13,000 was raised for this important charity.  This year, our event was held at Piazza in the Village in Colleyville.  We were honored to be able to raise over $20,000 for Community Hospice of Texas - Pediatrics.  This wonderful and important non-profit organization's sole purpose is to serve the needs of children and adults who are terminally ill.  Each year, 100% of the money raised from our silent auction goes directly to the charity we sponsor.
